Only a part time job. Hard to make a living

Poor work/life balance as there is so much you are expected to do outside of your actual working hours that they don't want to pay you for, if you try and claim for what you actually work, you get pulled up. Terrible management, moving the business away from it's original ethos and due to this, the business is failing fast.

no room for growth same thing every day no insentives

Low hours, only select few are full time.

No pay raise in sight. New hires make more money per hour. Cut hours with new staffing guidelines.
