Pros

Amazing product that works. Compassionate team members.

Cons

Little agency to control one's hours. Workshops are eliminated with little notice. Little opportunity to health benefits (as they are dependent on hours worked).

Going downhill fast

Business outlook

Pros

Love working with the members, helping them to achieve their goals. Official hours fit in with other work commitments

Cons

Poor work/life balance as there is so much you are expected to do outside of your actual working hours that they don't want to pay you for, if you try and claim for what you actually work, you get pulled up. Terrible management, moving the business away from it's original ethos and due to this, the business is failing fast.
