      Pros

      The company is growing after the pivot to HR and has brought in some strong managers to help scale the business. There is a strong culture of care - for employees and patients, but also eachother.

      Cons

      Wellist is a growing startup. That means things move quickly and to thrive you have to have both highly competent and highly adaptable to roll with ambiguity.

      Office dog Free bagels Good location, office had a decent aesthetic

      Cons

      Offensively low salary. Terrible benefits HR is a joke. They don't bother to follow up with people who interview Their business model is pretty much a very very specific google (why would any client want to pay for that if google is free? All you have to do is google "pet sitting" or "grocery stores" or "cleaning services". Why complicate the uncomplicated?)
