Pros

Colleagues are generally friends and nice to work with. Not much competitions and politics among colleagues.

Cons

Poor Benefits and culture: Very hierarchy. You have to sign-in and sign-out everyday using the access pass. And the receptionist will take attendance every morning while you walk into the office. HR will call your department secretary and confirm your presence if you forgot to sign-in. Working hours varies but strong culture of working overtime; Annual Leaves is only 10 days for Officer grade, even for Senior Manager is 15 days or so. HR would try their best to test your bottom line for salary and negotiate for the minimum salary that they can pay to you and the annual salary increment is small. So STAND FIRM if you are fighting for an offer. No early leaves for Christmas Eve/New Year Eve/Mid-Autumn Festival.

Pros

Sizable company with reputation in hong kong, people use to work here for a while then leave

Cons

Both the title and packaging offering is below the market. In harbour city, workload is vary in different departments. But I hear quite a few unfair treatment inside the company. Some dept heads are harsh to communicate and bias. You can keep idle for whole day if your boss like you. Also, you can keep busy all the time if your boss dislike you. Seldom have promotion, and the salary increment in promotion is low. Management overall concerns about money very much, so are very mean in both policies and benefits. They like to emphasis the sentence caring for employee, but what they do is keep exploiting employees, like you could get a half day comp off only if you work till 1am mid night....
