      Beware the Kool-Aid

      Pros

      The team I worked with was awesome, great people. The work itself was fun. I definitely learned a lot. For a seasonal job, the cons might not be as applicable, and you can make some decent money.

      Cons

      Nothing is what it seems. You will be told one thing today and tomorrow it is exactly the opposite. Shift assignment is not flexible. Unprofessional management. Unprofessional HR. Nepotism. High turnover rate.

      The dismal 2.7 Glassdoor rating is well deserved. Why work for a third rate company?

      Pros

      Compensation is average, health benefits are above average. Bozeman office is modern and attractive. Rank and file staff are talented and dedicated to doing a great job.

      Cons

      Problems mentioned in other Glassdoor reviews are still present, and make this company a subpar place to work. For example, see the July 10, 2017 review of the Controller job interview - it could have been written yesterday. The job candidate accurately sized up the company at the interview and passed on the opportunity. Strongly advise you do the same.

      Nice building, nice people (typically in lower positions)

      Cons

      This company has great potential to be a fantastic employer- but they will never reach that due to the CEO/Owner. For years it's only gotten worse, not better. It is NOT related to growing pains, it's related to their awful management style. Also, if you're female- good luck getting anyone in upper management to take you seriously. Anything here with 4-5 stars I would read with caution. HR keeps trying to pull the reviews here out of the gutter (where they certainly belong).
