    Pros

    In general a really great atmosphere. Employees are well looked after and their welfare is valued. Pay is reasonable.

    Cons

    Car not as quick as we would like. Hopefully heading in the right direction though.

    I loved working here. It was a hard decision to leave

    Cons

    Location means that the only real way of getting there is by car

    all the figureheads are available day to day, family feel, everyone has the same goal, working hard to improve staff engagement

    Can be long hours towards deadlines

    Pros

    Great insight into the world of Formula 1. Given real responsibilities right away. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    Rush hour in the morning is very tedious if traveling by car. However the office is open at all hours so you can avoid rush hour by arriving early and leaving early (or late).

    Great future potential for the organisation, a place where engineering capability comes first, a great place for young engineers to flourish based upon talent and application as opposed to company politics.

    High workload, and at times, a little chaotic when meeting tight timelines.

    Canteen, Looks good on CV, Christmas Party /Staff Open Day

    Cons

    Poor pay, very poor management, no opportunity for progression. Family run company stuck in their ways with no change being implemented
