I don’t think there’s something likable about the job or the company. It’s just there to have something instead of being unemployed.

Cons

The pay was ridiculously low, and the work was boring. Calling all day isn’t what someone dreams of doing when they grow up. The training was a joke to the arrogant leadership, as they provided none and asked me to start the calls right away. It was awful. Please avoid this mess if you can.

Extended time off. Good pay for only working five hours a day 7 days a week but you get five months off roughly. Get your experience and get out go to another company asap.

Cons

Terrible upper level management. They take advantage of their customers. Taking advantage of their employees is the name of their game. Do not be a yes man here it will gain you nothing.
