Pros
As an employee... I suppose they pay me on time, that’s about it I’m afraid.
Cons
Shockingly bad HR when it comes to formal action, they can’t follow or action policies and procedures written by themselves! Bullying and management undermining is common, again the service don’t seem to do much, training centre is at best inconsistent, in general it’s a poor organisation to work for.
