Pros
The people during my time at WinCo were great. I've never worked with a harder crew of individuals. Management at my store was nice and accomodating, you have to prove yourself in the beginning but if you do you'll be pretty much left alone.
Cons
The hourly wage our crew was given to start out working overnights was appalling. We were the ones putting our health on the line during the entirety of the Covid-19 pandemic and the only thing we got were two 100 dollar bonus "hero pay" checks. The fact that I worked their two years and only made a dollar more than a new hire off the street was reprehensible. The work is hard you will sweat profusely because they don't air condition the damn store at night.....
