Worst company ever worked for. Useless, arrogant management, willing to do anything to keep their chair and benefits.. They dissapear when in conflict with other departments or other companies "empowering" you to handle everything including their work. No career path whatsoever, even admitted by HR. HR is decorative, giving no chance to grow, while the appraisal can only work against you.. No trainings, since you may build a better CV and take off.. Same for internal audit, and company property mgmt dprtmnts looking the other way around on obvious misuse of company resources
