You are given a lot of freedom to get on with the job and be successful. Windmill is a global company and working with people across the world makes it really exciting and you're always learning. We work with amazing clients and we're building our own products under the Windmill Ventures entity.

Cons

Every company has its cons but at Windmill , the positives outweigh the cons, all good :)

It's a great professional community—people at Windmill feel like family. Here, it's possible to love what you do. Sunny is a great leader. If you work closely with him, you're lucky. You can learn so much from him.

Cons

You will face problems if you slack off and chill. If you love your work and do your job well, you will be supported, from what I have seen.
