Too Worst.....

1. Good folks (except manger and Team leads)

1. Your personal life will be ruined. 2. You will never be given credit of your work. 3. You will be shown attractive packages(with bonus which you will never get), it is just trick to save there income tax. 4. There Policies "Standard", described by there HR, are of no use and that policies are not for employee it is for company to earn profit on employees money. 5. They will not give your appraisals on time. 6. You can only survive, rather you will be made CEO if your tongue is long enough to lick. 7. HR is hired to bluff the employees with the words "Gradually". 8. At time of leaving the organisation they will not give you your final settlement, you will get it after 8-9 months and they describe it as "Standard" Procedure. Again it is not full and you can't argue with them. They will not reply you either you drop an email or make a call. 9. People with less technical and actually development experience are on position of Team Lead which is worst thing to bare. 10. Currently there are lot of openings in various technologies, but they are not getting any candidate. I will advice to everyone looking to this review never join such "BOGUS" organisation. 11. After this review there will be one good review to maintain there rating, please don't consider it as a genuine review. 12. Some people (without any experience of development), tries to convince you for something which is not feasible using there worst logic (Array Logic) which is very common for every problem . 13. Many things are there to say but don't want to waste my time for such people.

1. There is team called exco/pillars. Which are nothing more than hollow pillars. Its more than decade they have spent here and there is huge growth in there remuneration and no value addition in the company’s growth. They have largely accepted that they can’t survive outside this company since they are incompetent with the outside world. Their presence is just to forward mails with FYI word. 2. There are BA process which is just to lure the clients. They are just to prove bureaucracy. 3. One manager behaves in very childish manner. She has no manners.Talks very loudly and in childish manner. 4. Resource management is very poor. It is managed by a non-technical person who thinks she owns the company and talks very rudely. 5. Onsite resource allocation is nightmare. 6. They offer on-site to resources who is serving notice period to retain them and no value for the existing employees who deserves. 7. Politics at its best. 8. Anyone can become VP. There is one VP who is always sticked to his iPhone. 9. HR is show piece.No authority.Will not respond unless you raise ticket for your problem.. No self-respect. 10. FNF process is horrible. They gulp more than 50% of employee dues with no justification. No FNF statements are being shared. God knows how the financial auditing is done at the year end. Hats Off to the auditors, HRs.

Worst company ever. Join at your own risk

Please don't go by the 5 star ratings. The HR manipulates them. They call themselves a global tech company and has a work culture worst culture than a daily wage earner . I don't know in which world they are living. Some employees are very good and supportive but even they are prey to the toxic work culture and are only sticking around coz they don't want to move out of Nashik. If you are a girl than congrats you just need to strip a bit and can rise up to the level of VP . The HR here is used as a source of revenue model. They are asked to keep a monitor on every employees attendance. 1) If you are even late by 5 minutes half of your days pay out is gone. 2) As soon as you join they will bind you with a 2 year contract, which will mostly be a surprise for you. So once you get frustrated of the work culture you have to pay the sum to the company to get out of that contract. Once an HR told me that he will give a very bad review and not even a formal release letter. They pressurize you to leave. This is a sort of hidden revenue model for Winjit.
