Pros

Having shed their entire engineering team, the majority of their customer success team, and the only people who ever won them a deal that didn't come through the CEO's "connections" (aka his wife's friends), you will be freed from the obligation to worry about mundane things like product, sales quotas, or indeed any expectations at all.

Cons

The product is a worse version of Salesforce, the leadership managed to burn 40 years of collective social networks over a period of about a week, and the company shot itself so hard in the foot that they not only settled in shame after an NLRB lawsuit, they literally had to change their name from Lanetix to Winmore to avoid the logistics companies they supposedly target from learning about their union busting. And frankly, even if you're someone who hates unions--the level of incompetence on display here should lead you to treat everyone involved with utter contempt. The company isn't going anywhere, all the talent left or was fired long ago, and you will gain absolutely nothing from working here. Oh, and they pay terribly, to boot.

Make no mistake, we are appreciative of the early Lanetix engineers, their bold vision, amazing work at building the workflow platform and culture that you described so well here. Watch this video to learn more about Lanetix culture. https://youtu.be/fYzNxFgojjA

Pros

1) Logistics/Transportation is a great industry to work in, especially if you enjoy networking! 2) Based in San Francisco in a great office setting or can work remote with diverse employees across the US and internationally! 3) Best benefits offerings of any company I have worked for. 4) While remote, also still make you feel like a close culture with all employees. 5) "Open Door" feeling, have access to give feedback all the way up to the CEO or learn from the sales team no matter what position you work in. 6) Flexibility to try out different parts of the business if you're completing your required work.(support with marketing messaging, learn the configuration of the product, etc)

Cons

1) Working remote is not for everyone (in different time zone can make for a late or early call) but otherwise respectful of this as well. 2) Have to be willing to pivot and get scrappy, as a start up Winmore has learned from it's experience and on the right track but not without its minor bumps of any fast paced start-up. 3) Longer sales cycles than most industries, takes someone keen to deeper relationships with customers than a "quick sale and walk away".
