The product is a worse version of Salesforce, the leadership managed to burn 40 years of collective social networks over a period of about a week, and the company shot itself so hard in the foot that they not only settled in shame after an NLRB lawsuit, they literally had to change their name from Lanetix to Winmore to avoid the logistics companies they supposedly target from learning about their union busting.
And frankly, even if you're someone who hates unions--the level of incompetence on display here should lead you to treat everyone involved with utter contempt.
The company isn't going anywhere, all the talent left or was fired long ago, and you will gain absolutely nothing from working here. Oh, and they pay terribly, to boot.
