      Decent benefits. Great people in the plants and field.

      Cons

      The corporate office does not care about us. I heard they hired three individuals during COVID to a tune of about a million dollars and then let go half of their employees. Corporate office was able to work from home while we were forced to continue our jobs until we were let go.

      Paid weekly and sometimes your vacation is paid when you take it.

      Nasty,Hot asphalt lube that sticks to everything, Breathing a metal dust cloud all day long,They don't care what the circumstances are just footage,wire breaks at high speed,constantly nicked,poked, and slapped with wire,safety record really sucks,very physically demanding,and coworkers are not very hygiene friendly

      Training is horrible and upper management. Try being encouraging to your new employees instead of bringing them down and telling them how you didn't think so and so was going to make it ... Or I understand if you leave this job isn't for everyone
