Pros
I loved my customers and working with technology all of the time.
Cons
I was lied to from day one. Commission structure was a grandiose lie if I ever saw one. It promises fair compensation, but when you add up all the decelerators (which are unavoidable even for the best of salespeople), you're left with virtually nothing. If you're promised ramp up for you first couple of months of employment, forget it. You'll never see it. You'll never have an actual day off from work because you're required to be constantly connected. The emails pile up, and upper management gets irritated if you don't respond when they want you too. Same with the constant district group chats that I had to finally mute because I wasn't sleeping because it kept going off when I needed to try to sleep. You're also required to be on calls every morning you don't meet certain goals. Early morning meetings at the stores are also frequent. The accessories that are kept in stock are terrible off brand crap or so overpriced with barely any leeway. Customers do not want to buy them, and stock constantly appears to be dwindling. Accessories that will actually sell are never kept in stock. You had to order them, and at the rate, people just go to amazon. Those are just some of the things. Goals, benefits, etc. There is so much more I could elaborate on. I've never felt more lied to by a place of business in my life.
