Pros
If you work in software, you are favorited by the organization. You will be paid more, and supported more by the business. You will be given more responsibilities and trusted more. Being in software is the only way to make a living at CCAP.
Cons
If you work in hardware, you are seen as an expense. They will pay you 20k less, even though the work is tougher in some aspects due to travel. It's actually really toxic creating the disparity between the two sides of ccap. I think it all comes down to bias in management. Analysts = good. Tech = bad. If you are a tech, only consider ccap if you are just starting out professionally so you can gain experience. It is the only benefit you will get from working here while the disparity exists.
