Great benefits, not so great management

Pros

The benefits are excellent, paid time off, sick leave, and retirement are all great.

Cons

No pay raises, seems like a whole state employee problem though. Local and main offices are ran by attorneys, almost all of whom have zero management training or life experience. Even though it’s a large company, to get hired now, it is more “who you know” than actual qualification for the job. A lot of turnover, direct result of poor management.
