Pros
WithU is a great company to work for. The products that we are developing really do help users to choose fitness. You just need to look at the reviews on the app stores to see the incredible feedback. Internally the teams that work on the products are incredible. Some of the smartest and friendliest people I have worked with. The company very often promote from within and give people a chance to step up in their roles, which shows that working hard really pays off and is recognised.
Cons
Projects move at pace and at times it can feel a bit much to handle. However, everyone always pulls together when there is a tight delivery, so while you can feel a little stretched, you're all in it together.
