- Good discounts at Woolies, extra rewards. - Colleagues are generally very efficient and supportive. - Internal systems are easy to work with.
Cons
I moved continent and joined Woolies because I was sold a long term vision and promised work from home. A few months in and they've already removed the work from home policy and are forcing people back into local offices. I suspect they're doing this to force people into leaving the company as they've said multiple times that redundancy impacts the share price. This was leaked to the media and their response made it clear that they care way more about how the public perceive these decisions rather than the impact it actually has on the workforce.
