Pros

Getting paid on time and working with other highly skilled and conscientious engineers. Excellent office staff when you are able to get hold of them.

Cons

Poor product / on-going training, terrible work to life ratio for engineers, targeted to the hilt, management that won’t listen to their customer facing staff, over worked , understaffed , undervalued, salary structure that is hard / unfair for engineers to maintain, booking system that doesn’t work, terrible communication from upper level management, colleagues leaving in a lot of areas , a lot of sickness. office support almost non existent due to their own pressures and understaffing, Once loyal customers are becoming increasingly frustrated and fed up as are the employees. Feeling helpless and unable to make a difference to any of the above which is starting to affect home life, it doesn’t have to be this way !!

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. It's great to know that you feel you are working with highly skilled and conscientious engineers and clearly how passionate you feel about the company. There are various working groups that you can volunteer to be a part of to bring about solutions and changes to tackle some of these subjects, for example, the Customer Experience team. Speak to your manager or email me directly if you would like to discuss further - Dionne.broadfield@uk.bosch.com

Pros

They paid me. I'd really struggle to fill 20 words here.

Cons

- Bullying culture - Management don't trust their staff - Laziness - people would try harder to shirk off work than do it - No career progression in mind - Boring - Management don't listen (I had a way of preventing losing a fair amount of revenue every year and was told it wasn't my place) - Clock off and "f off" at 5 culture. Work was a means to an end.
