Pros

WFH is widely accepted but you'll be expected to work and be available all hours god sends and not be recognized for it.

Cons

The company is hell bent on fudging the numbers and flogging this off to the next VC/PE (because lets face it the SAP idea isn't happening anymore!) and making a quick buck. This is at the expense of everyone who sits below senior management and customers. Every level of management is completed under qualified and in way above its head. From product management who are happy to let there products look, feel and act like they are stuck in the 80's to VP's who will publicly throw you under the bus to Morini and co to cover their own backs . The SAP relationship was doomed to fail because they never invested properly in it and the the Execs didn't have the contacts to the SAP leadership like they said they did... You will be overworked, underpaid and not appreciated - that I can promise you.

Pros

I leaving the company. Team members. Travelling the world.

Cons

Company is chasing profit but not making any. The Salary is bad. Management in the USA and Europe are terrible. Managers have their favourite members of staff. The lack of training. The lack of knowledge being shared between the US and Europe teams. Focus is on money then staff. Every 15 mins has to be billed to a project, which is bad and puts a lot of work on staff as management underestimate work that needs to be done. Management care more about themselves then staff wellbeing.

Pros

Was a great company to work for when it was Workplace Systems in the UK

Cons

Do not value the people that quietly do the real grunt work. If you are loud and outgoing and love talking, meetings and self-promotion, you are valued above all else - the American way. Several really good people have been laid off because they aren't of that type, but are still very good at getting their head down and working hard.
