Pros

- Some kind people work there - Permanent employees get some benefits - Relatively flexible work hours

Cons

- Underpaid - Exploitative - No overtime/bonuses - Hold offsites in countries with poor human rights - Will do whatever they can to provide the bare minimum to their employees and exist to teach other employees to do the same - Have fired so many people in the last three months that I don't think the company will last - Treat employees within the company very unequally based on local statutory minimums - Overworked

Pros

You worked with good colleagues but they fire them after no reviews, citing no legitimate reason for the dismissal. So the only benefit of working there is slowly diminishing.

Cons

- incredibly poor leadership, management team amongst that department. - not safe environment for female members of staff - bully culture - low pay and commission compared to industry - mismanagement - lack of career development opportunities - no coaching

Nice project but lack of consistency

Pros

Nice people with good intentions and a lot of flexibility

Cons

The company would benefit from establishing a greater sense of consistency in its decision-making processes, even considering its start-up status. At times, it seems that the management may be struggling to maintain a clear direction, as decisions fluctuate between disparate options in a short timeframe. Additionally, some members of the management team appear to incorporate their personal preferences and emotions into the decision-making process, which can potentially hinder the company's progress. Furthermore, the leadership was not inspirational as they were not leading by example. This can be seen in the lack of consistency and clear direction in decision-making processes. A good leader should be able to lead by example, setting a positive tone for the organization and inspiring their team to work towards common goals. When leadership fails to do so, it can negatively impact the team's morale, motivation, and overall performance. Therefore, it is important for the management team to recognize the importance of leading by example and strive to set a positive tone for the organization by embodying the qualities of effective leadership, such as consistency, clear communication, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
