Nice plant wall in reception.

Cons

Acidic culture, poor leadership, poor internal recruitment onboarding and support and it felt like a fake career with an equally fake title (retention tool only).

culturally broken. customer comes second in the line of priorities after the recruitment consultant. business model is built on taking maximum profit from transactions today and no concern for mid and long term account development.

Unsure of anything to be honest.

This company is filled with toxic managers that unfortunately will never leave the business or be asked to leave because of their ties to the boss / the tenure they have served. Very clicky staff and reluctant to actually follow through with their promise of ‘flexible work’
