-Well below market pay -Egotistical management -No gun loaders, or techs, you load guns and do all the troubleshooting. -Health care is expensive -Wireline plays second fiddle to tools -Dishonesty from management -You can find a problem and it will not be addressed until it is a problem for management. -Equipment and tools are old, and unmaintained
