you would slowly unravel many negatives aspects about the company and games they play. Manipulative company/ CEO Nicole. Commom cultural practice to nitpick staff to drive staff out. Your energy goes toward defending Your Work Leaders won’t do anything to change Company Issues ( you cant talk about PPS on how they could better help frontline desk). I believe the CEO has created a dividing culture , ( the states , division and staff are divided.) Publicity stunt with promoting wellbeing day - the staff fail to understand- they then overwork you ( too many managers and staff are burnt out).
