Pros

None at all, do not waste your time applying

Cons

Oh boy! Where do I begin?! Lets start off with their job advertisement - they claim you'll be managing cases and customers but what they fail to advertise is that it is nothing but a call center, where you will be dealing with rude, entitled and abusive customers, micro-managers, with little to none opportunities for advancement unless you cosy up to the management or are of the appropriate skin colour. They lie during the hiring process about the work, the opportunities, the appraisal process etc. I've seen people leave days after the training is over, each and every one of my colleagues are miserable, stuck and only waiting for another job offer to come around before they get out of this hellhole. This job drained the life out of me, would never advise anyone to apply. The salary paid is inadequate compared to the costs of living in the most expensive city in the country. The location of the office is terrible, the area around is dangerous at night, the 10 hour ling shifts drain all energy out of you and you're back in the next day to repeat the same cycle. Shift patterns are inhumane, sometimes you start at 7 am l, another day you finish at 10 pm only to start again at 7 again. They show no concern for employee well being, and feedback provided during the 'anonymous' surveys is discarded as soon as. HR is unhelpful, an only people who know the management personally are promoted. I have been in the corporate world for 10+ years and this is the worst company I have come across.

Pros

Experienced in providing travel protection solutions, assisting clients in safeguarding their trips, and resolving claims efficiently. Skilled in customer service, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams in a dynamic travel industry environment.

Cons

Roles in travel protection can be high-pressure, requiring management of customer claims and complaints. Tasks may be repetitive, and navigating complex insurance regulations can be challenging, while dealing with frustrated clients is sometimes part of the job.
