Words can't express how much I've learned from working in a fast-paced environment that truly embodies entrepreneurship. Collaborating closely with the founding team and contributing to strategic decisions has given me both a broad overview and a deep understanding of what it takes to run and scale a successful, purpose-driven business.
Cons
Sometimes it takes longer than we would like to have our achievements recognized and rewarded, which is understandable and serves as a drive for necessary changes.
