      Pros

      mostly good lads at the workshop, fenced parking, free PPE and tools for your work.

      Cons

      technicians not based at workshop leading to unnecessary delays in repairs/production,poor conditions of the machines or equipment due to unprofessional approach overall, your skills and knowledge have no value for them if you are foreigner, high volumes of welding fumes, dirt and garbage around the workshop (litters are provided at all areas), organisation and management should be much better

      Good location if ur from the town

      Cons

      Very low employee engagement n morale. No consistency. Workers on shop floor are forgot about. No incentives to work harder. They advertise a 4 day work week but when you don’t work a Friday, ur in HR in an investigation for not working 5 days but contract says 4 days. Don’t care about workers and only care about getting more ££ and cut back as much as they can
