Pros

The CEO is good, but don't expect to see much of him.

Cons

It's like a cult. You can't say a bad word. BX does a great job of making it look like it's the place to be from the outside, but the reality is quite different. It has an unpopular, expensive and hard to integrate product in a very crowded Martech / email marketplace. There are also some big egos and arrogance containimating the atmosphere, in what is a small team (so there's no escaping it). I saw a guy in the US get fired for bad mouthing at a private party at the weekend. In london going for a drink and having a moan after a hard week is part of our culture. Its extremely restrictive in that sense you have to "drink the cool aid" at all times. Its false. The UK team is still very much a satellite of the USA and there are a few Americans that struggle with british business culture compounding the atmosphere. It hasn't emulated the success of the US as they have been inflexible (arrogant) with go to market strategies here, and the product is significantly less powerful than the US version due to EU data privacy laws.

Be careful

Pros

Good benefits such as great healthcare and food in the office and decent starting salary

Cons

Salary never goes anywhere because the company doesn’t have any money. People act really nice and happy on the surface but once you get into it the culture is backstabbing and blaming for no reason. Fosters a culture of bullying and aggression as well as inadequate managers. Don’t expect to go anywhere in this company no matter how hard you try, you’ll just get trapped. The aims are constantly moving so you can never win and while there are some lovely individuals on the whole the teams are a nightmare to work with (ads, sales and marketing). Wouldn’t recommend Wunderkind to anyone despite the referral bonus. Be careful, its not what is being sold

Poor leadership

Pros

- Good culture, despite recent changes - Good perks, even though some were removed

Cons

- 3 layoffs in 16 months, and likely more to come. The company is not doing well financially. - Successive leadership failures. Read other reviews about the current CEO. - No path for upward growth. Rewards are few and always based on whom you know, not on merit.
