Nice people, allow people to work from home, ambitious company

Poor team management, hard to get access to any kind of development of training

It was an opportunity to step up and take ownership, and apply best practices from previous jobs, as there was a lack of it here. Half a pro, I suppose.
Cons
The bulk of the client roster in London is terrible: uninspiring and unambitious at best, or even straight-up unethical. 'Creative' work often comes down to email campaigns and landing pages for marketing purposes.
