Pros
Initially this place appeared to be inclusive and forward thinking backed by innovation and support for people and ideas. It looks like the promises of a fast track career development are empty and are simply a smoke screen for certain people on the rise, or people in management trying to solidify their roles, or to keep themselves relevant.
Cons
Appearances are far more important than actual work. There are some increasingly disingenuous and incompetent people in charge, and while some aspects and some people are great it is not a surprise that Cognifide is a fading star that will ultimately end up being a playground for the nasty and intransigent managers and intransient employees filling a short stop gap to something better.
