      Pros

      Wynne are a great company to work for, some of the Pros for me are the people, flexibility on working hours in a hybrid setting, I live close to the office and enjoy being in the office 3 times a week. Reward and Recognition scheme that rewards loyalty and the fact that the senior leaders listen and take action where required

      Internal communication and ownership, getting answers and responses in a timely fashion can be sometimes challenging

      In my experience, Wynne Systems really value their employees. They are industry leading in flexible work ethics and investing in their people. There is a great culture at Wynne and it really does feel like a family atmosphere. Excellent remuneration packages and reward scheme. Highly recommended place to grow your career.

      The position is at home. The company is AMAZING. There are limitless advancement opportunities. You work with some very cool people and the leadership cares about your development. Great atmosphere company-wide, no matter where you're working or working from.
