      1. Small and agile. 2. Friendly staff and very supportive senior management. 3. Ambitious and has a desire to punch above their weight. 4. Rapidly growing and has huge market potential.

      Cons

      1. Still very much a start-up and hence lack some of the processes. 2. Sometimes skills management processes are overlooked for operational needs
