Pros
Very young and energetic work environment. Great atmosphere and everyone is very open to new ideas. We have a 'Work hard, play hard' workset which leads to great results in projects and great work parties, dinners and gatherings. Also, daily (healthy) food and drinks are provided by XITE, which is a great bonus!
Cons
Due to enormous growth in the past year, it's a little bit chaotic. Due to a little chaos, we sometimes forget to take a step back and find out what other colleague's are working on and understanding how others work and what their work pressure is like. During lunch, parties, drinks and off-hour gatherings we are very invested in each other but we tend to forget during work hours.
