Pros

Smart people who are really fun to work with. Collaborative atmosphere which everyone is on board with, and the problems tackled are interesting and challenging.

Cons

Communication between teams is sometimes poor, and the lack of concrete deadlines can end up leading to new problems that weren't there before!
