      Pros

      Leadership that sincerely cares about the well-being of the employees. Significant re-investment in the business and commitment to R&D. Good mix of established core products and new product innovation. Excellent reputation in its core market. Great internship program--management is very involved and seriously committed to it. An overall healthy and fun work environment with nice people.

      Cons

      Not really a con but something to keep in mind: XYPRO is still a relatively small but growing company (less than 100 employees).

      Pros

      Dinners and parties. Open to new technologies.

      Cons

      Severely micromanaged.Middle level managers taking owners for a ride. Projects over staffed and delayed on purpose so middle level managers could boast of big teams. Executives make fun of accents and mannerisms of foreign employees in meetings.

      Pros

      Having worked here for a number of years, I've observed the company growing in staffing and business quite a bit, providing new opportunities for employees and interns. The grows did not affect the wonderful culture of a family and togetherness. The management sees people, not resources. The company is great at recognizing talant and contribution and at celebrating accomplishments

      Cons

      The organizational structure is flatter than in big companies, which eliminates bureaucracy and makes the environment dynamic and effective, but if you're in the business of climbing the management ladder, you may need to be patient.

      Thank you for this feedback. We've since added more steps/ measurable milestones to the organizational structure, allowing for targeted career growth and paths, hopefully without adding to red tape and bureaucracy :).
