* The uniform is awful * The music is awful * The management are bullies * You only hear from management when there is a problem. * The management never listen to people on the frontline in their gyms. * The company has a ‘take the money and run’ attitude (after someone signs a contract they dont care) * Sales sales sales. Yes sales is important but not enough focus is paid to the actual gym. What about the equipment? What about the members? It’s all about the £££££. * Morale is very low, which as a result creates a depressing environment for members to work out in. * Cliquey work environment. I don’t feel like part of a team. Some staff members just ignore me and refuse to communicate with me. * The management sucks. I don’t feel like a part of a ‘team’. Feels like every person for themselves. The manager only approaches me with aggression. *4Fiit sucks. It just sucks a lot. Look at what your rivals are doing.
