Pros

It was a great place to work for. Lots of freedom and independent thinking.

Cons

C-level folks flipped this company like what happened in the housing market from 2000-2007 or so and now they are stuck with $600+M in debt. Free Cash flow is everything, but at what cost. Mid-level management bears the brunt. If you are at floor level, get paid pennies.

Pros

The corporate offices are nice. Management tries to compensate with light perks like subsidized lunches, gym, free fancy coffee.

Cons

People are spread way too thin. Jobs are being eliminated but the work isn't. More work being spread to fewer and fewer people. Turnover seems to be high. Most people burn out quickly (12 mths ave) and leave. Office politics proliferate. Women don't seem to be treated very well at this company. No company culture. People can act any way they want to others with no consequences.

Autonomy (nearly anarchy). A workout room on-site. A lunch break of an hour or so.

Cons

A culture of upper management "Protecting themselves at all costs". Regular reductions of benefits for employees. A climate of fear and paranoia.
