Pros
Was a great place to work - small, friendly group, but now part of Blackboard - different company and different culture. Added better benifits and larger company stability but less identity as Xythos. Still possible to work on Xythos inside of Blackboard, either in a dedicated role or split responsibilities. Many Xythos people still there years after acquisition.
Cons
No longer exists as its own entity, part of much larger organization. Get lost in organization that pays less attention to Xythos.
