      Pros

      Great leadership team, really wonderful colleagues, good product with prospects for continued growth. Lots of opportunities to work on a diverse array of projects.

      Pros

      They have unlimited PTO, performance bonus, end-year bonus, up to dated equipment, very good salary.

      Cons

      The system is huge and the business logic complexity makes the product difficult to maintain. Work and achieve the goals on time could be really stressfully and frustrating. Lot of people was fired last year with no previous advice. Maybe we had to be more aware on the company health bulletins.
