• Convenient & quick hiring process • Work from home setup • Flexible work hours during office hours EST • Many "tasks" to complete (= more pay) if you put in more hours • Weekly salaries • Easy to promote

Cons

• Unequal amount of time (some may take months) & effort required per "task" for the same amount of pay • Position requires the most work done, but you will: • Only get paid when a "task" is finished • Re-opened "tasks" that need more time & effort will no longer be paid any additional fees
