Pros
The office is small and friendly, and there is a great camaraderie among the employees. Work is easy with good colleagues and if you have a question, there is always someone to answer it.
Cons
Sometimes it is a little slow on the technology side. It is a Japanese company and yet there is still a lot of paperwork that constantly needs to be printed and re-read.

They pay salary. You can get some discount off of the products if you jump through their loops.
Cons
*The hatred of Indians and Chinese and most other non-Japanese is appalling. I don't know how they manage to hide this dirty secret from the media because it is blatantly obvious when you work there. *Sexual and verbal harassment is common. *Expect you to work for free on the weekend several days a year. *Zero company culture. *It is an insanely boring working atmosphere.
