      Pros

      From my first interview to my first few months at YOOBIC, I’ve had a really good time. The interview process was really smooth, and I felt incredibly supporter throughout it all - it was really easy to ask questions, and I had a bunch of supporting documents that I wanted to provide and could do so easily. Things are really fast paced here but the people are lovely and supportive.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’re juggling several projects at once and everything is high priority, but you’re well supported.

      I joined this company over 7 years ago with no prior experience. Right from the start, I was given significant responsibility, which allowed me to quickly grow and develop into a senior developer. Great place to learn new things with brilliant colleagues.

      HR processes could benefit from increased standardisation and clearer communication.

We are dedicating resource and time to upskilling managers and leaders so I hope that in time all the teams will benefit from this.
