Pros

Flexible and remote working options help improve work-life balance. However, if you are white, this is the place for you.

Cons

It's a dishonest organisation where you will be targeted based on the color of your skin. They have so many cases against them that eventually reach settlement agreements to keep things hushed. The sales team doesn't receive target letters, yet they are still expected to deliver. HR leadership is terrible and dishonest.

Pros

Was a real sense of camaraderie for a while and worked with some lovely people

Cons

Rudderless. Lack of any senior or corporate leadership. People being made redundant and then replaced immediately with made up titles. Senior leaders all in fighting as they try to play politics. Sloppy, invisible c suite who can't make any decision or front up and take responsibility. all the good people have left or are looking. Favourites brought back who are incompetent.
