Pros

Committed to continuous improvement. Good alignment of goals and objectives from executive level to shop floor. Goals are challenging but achievable. Team first environment. Strong financially. Leader in the industry. Acquiring top level talent throughout the organization. Investing in the communities where they operate.

Cons

Aligning with the company's commitment to identify, acquire and develop talent a large number of new employees have joined the organization very recently. The large volume of additions provides the challenge of properly on-boarding and training without impacting customers. Don't wait for someone to train you, you need to make this your own responsibility. The right help is available if you seek it out.
