Only micro manage I can go on and on but leadership says it is a dictatarship and i am a bad dictator. No point in describing other cons

Pressurised environment, hell tight deadlines, no support from seniors, no work life balance, worst finance and admin dept, non cooperative staff, no incentives, no training, prolonged working hours with no assistance, least cooperation with new joiners
