Business outlook
Pros
* A great place to learn the business of consulting for small to medium size software projects. * A very diverse set of projects. I worked on an eCommerce site, a large single page app, a marketing site, and several other projects. * The mid-west feel of the company is fantastic. Everyone there is great to work with.
Cons
* ZyQuest is developing product while doing consulting. This is very difficult to do. * Develop the Product Owner role and encourage the culture of shipping features every sprint.
