1.Drivers have to pay 10% of tips to kitchen every shift
2.Drivers only get $1 per delivery to reimburse gas costs, huge delivery areas, during day shifts they expect you to drive as much as 10 miles on $1 AND you have to wait until payday to get that gas money.
3."Training" you includes one day of you driving your car, you do it all but do NOT get any gas reimbursement or YOUR tips from those deliveries. Once you are finished training, your wage is reduced by $1 an hour.
4.Call center takes all orders, system has many issues including, if there is a delivery issue you are instructed to call the call center to resolve it BUT they are NOT helpful in any way.
4.If you have a car repair or illness, in a flash, the manager gives away your shifts that week without talking to you, reducing hours the following week.
5. Incomplete , inconsistent training
6. Expected to call your own shift replacement if absent due to medical emergency/illness/car breakdown. It may take 15+ calls
7. Overstaffed to the point that drivers can't make as much as other restaurant drivers
8. Dinner rushes are chaotic
