Pros
Working with great kind hearted people who are stuck in the same situation. Pay was good, but constantly felt like you needed to put in a lot of overtime.
Cons
This is tough because so much was screwed up in this "office environment". Here are my TOP TEN: 1.) Cameras and constant paranoia 2.) Micro managing doesn't even begin to describe the people riding your back 3.) Unhealthy treatment of workers especially women - (many unaccounted harassment cases) 4.) Secrets secrets secrets... (you may have a "new" head of your division) - (division is a joke because everyone has to work in font of the "boss's" glass rooms.) NOTE: (a stage was constructed in the center of the office at one point. The one boss would sit above his workers and watch their every move) - NOTE: (this stage became more obsolete once the cameras were installed) 5.) Constant fear of being fired 6.) Constant firing 7.) Constant yelling and degrading of workers NOTE: ( they will make you miserable until you quit so they don't have to pay for your unemployment) 8.) Being contacted at all hours of the night on your personal phone ( sorry I'm not a surgeon!) 9.) Very little to no positive recognition 10.) And last but not least.. a disgusting bathroom that is small and literally unbearable! - you can definitely make a horror film about it! Please do yourself a huge favor... no matter how much money they "promise" you it's not worth it. Being happy has no price tag. Plus they'll probably fire you or want you to leave before you'll even make the "promised"money.
