Pros
The benefits are good in regards to health and even 401k isn't bad and to be honest, the person who I worked for directly and in a daily basis was pleasant and helpful.
Cons
The mood of that company was awful. People are miserable and the President made very puzzling and sometimes offensive decisions. Many assupmtions were made based on ethnicity, gender and physical appearance. A lot of favortism. There is no opportunity for growth no matter how often they preach otherwise.
