      Pros

      Senior people at ZenduIt care about their subordinates and they’re willing to invest in your success. If you grow and flourish, they benefit by gaining a productive member of the team and you benefit by gaining new skill sets that will stay with you for the rest of your professional career.

      Cons

      After really thinking on it hard I can’t really pinpoint any significant cons as of this time.

      Pros

      I'm given a lot of responsibility from the day I was hired. I wouldn’t exactly call it sink or swim, but it certainly feels like that sometimes. Thankfully, the more you take on the faster you learn which allows you to develop a more advanced skillset. Come ready to learn!

      Haven’t found anything so far. All pretty good.

      ZenduIT is a great place to take on true responsibility. You are not another brick in the wall here, you are part of a tight team making real decisions. It is fast paced, and you are always working on something exciting. You have a real opportunity to grow and bring innovative ideas to the table.

      Because of the fast paced environment, you must be incredibly organized.
